Total Account Space Over Quota

Your quota for the account account@yourdomain was over the quota set for the account. Your account was using (disk space used) out of the (quota set for account). You can check that yourself next time through cpanel if it happens again.
1. Go to Mail Icon through cpanel
2. Click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts
3. Click on show disk space used near the bottom of the page
4. Check to see if the disk space in the mailbox is over the quota that was set
5. Hit change quota to the right of the email address in cpanel and change it to a higher number.

P.S. Make sure you are checking the trash on the account. You might be placing it in the trash bin but not emptying it.

1. Go to File Manager in cpanel
2. Click on the yellow folder for Mail (to the left of the word mail)
3. Hit the yellow folder with the name of your domain
4. Click on one of the accounts in question
5. Check to see if there is a INBOX.Trash, neomail-trash, squirrel mail trash file, or any spam file
6. Click on the white paper next to each Trash file
7. Hit delete File
8. Then click on Trash Can to empty the Trash
