Tips on not Getting Email to Build Up

1. If you use Outlook be sure "Leave a copy of the message on the server" is NOT checked, this if found under the "Advanced" tab in the properties for you email.

2. See the default email address to :blackhole:
Hint: Be sure to put the : before AND after the word blackhole

3. Enable spam assassin and setup a filter to delete all email flagged as spam.

Hint: To filter all mail that SpamAssasin has marked as spam, just choose "SpamAssassin Spam Header", "begins with", and then enter "Yes" in the box.

4. If you only want email to forward to another address, delete the email account and just leave forwarder.
