Email Accounts Password is Incorrect

1. When typing in your username make sure to type out your entire email address. Like the outlook example below ( andy@northhost.com ). Unless it is your main account.

2. If that does not work in outlook try clicking my server requires authentication.

3. If that still does not work try resetting your password.

Resetting your password

1. In cpanel click on the mail icon.

2. In Mail Manager Main Menu click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts

3. Click Change Pass on the account you want to change the password on. Than enter your password and click change.
